We try our best to deliver books in perfect condition. But:

Conditions:
- Request must be made within 3 days of delivery.
- Unboxing video or clear proof may be required.
- Books must be unused and in original condition.
Refunds:
- Refunds are processed only when a product is not available for replacement.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.
No returns or refunds are provided for:
- Wrong book selected by the customer
- Digital downloads
- Books damaged after delivery
